Added these latches to keep covers shut on 1984 John Deere Hydro Swing Haybine. These are a cheaper and more durable alternative over the metal latches.

The retaining bracket arms would need to be bent in the opposite direction for a mounting position across any lid. Otherwise the two brackets essentially lay across each other. The rubber does not stretch enough for the current design to work.

The hood latch on the truck was broke so I installed these easy to install I used pop rivets they work perfect I dont have to worry about the hood flying open. Two thumbs up
