These door latches live up to the advertised heavy duty; they are bigger than expected, work well, and seem easy to install. They have a strong magnetic force that efficiently stops our cabinet doors from opening. They have a strong spring force that quickly pushes our cabinet doors open, especially when positioned at an upward slant due to the cabinet's design.

My wife and I have been working on a four player arcade cabinet all summer. We decided to add cabinet doors to the arcade machine and needed some way to keep the doors shut as people played. That's where these door latches come in.When it comes to magnetic strength, these door latches are very strong. They easily keep our cabinet doors from opening. With regards to their spring strength, these latches push our cabinet doors open with ease, especially with the doors placed at an upward slant due to the design of the cabinet.In the end, we're happy with these latches. They allow us to store arcade peripherals in their respective cabinet, just as we'd hoped.

These hinges are very heavy-duty. The current hinge on my medicine cabinet is weak, so I decided to try one of these. They are certainly capable of doing the job and are durable enough to last beyond six months. They seem easy to install, and it will be a welcome change to have the mirror properly closed.

They were very easy to install. I've had some weak magnetic latches before and it was quite annoying, but these hold great, I've never had the door pop open when not intended with these latches. When you do want them to open they do it every time. Can't complain.

Easy to mount but not really very tight. When just pull on door it opens too easily. Magnet needs to be stronger
