the adhesive is not as strong as one would think-- the protective band only lasted through a few openings/closings of the lanai door, and sure enough, the edges started peeling. not worth the money. ended up getting a stronger product.

These are good enough for emergency mouse protection, but they aren't a good solution for really solving the issue. They tend to leave a gap where they meet the door and the sticky parts stick, when they touch the weather-stripping. Maybe there is a better way to attach them? Maybe I did it wrong. There were no instructions in the box at all and I stuck them to my weather-stripping. The panels are too stiff to really conform to the vinyl of the weather stripping.

I bought these to keep mice and squirrels out of my garage after mice chewed the wires in my car engine the quality is thin and cheap poor packaging delivered with bent corners and cheap thin adhesive that will not stand up to cold Buffalo ny winters these are going back absolute junk do not buy 👎👎👎😡😡😡😡

One side stuck to the weather seal perfect, the other side not som much. We keep our garage door open for the most time so if the mice are gonna get it they're gonna get in. It did solve the problem where they had chewed a brand new weather strip though. I ended up super glueing the side that didn't stick so good

Adhered well enough for outdoor use and stainless steel finish has stood up to use in a wet location (2.5 months so far). Note that it looks a bit like a guillotine when attached to the garage door but rats are not going to chew through this. Make sure you leave enough overlap to create a strong bond to prevent it from being knocked askew by accident (or by rodent).Would be nice to have a longer piece since the seam between adjacent pieces is definitely noticeable up close.
