This Garage Door Opening Threshold Strip is very robust and wide with a tall enough rise to prevent water from running underneath my garage door and into my garage. The only minor downside in my opinion is the length as it would work better if the strip was closer to 10’3” long instead of exactly 10’ long since my garage door is a true 10’ wide making the opening almost 3” wider for the door tracks on each side of the door opening.

I installed this to keep water from coming into my garage on rainy days. It didn’t help. There is no adhesive so people kept tripping over it and moving it out of position so i would have to go back and re position it.

I was having issues with water leaking under my roll-up garage door every time it rains. This product is the solution I was looking for. This, when properly installed, will help keep the water out. You will need a good adhesive caulk and some screws to complete the installation. It is also a good idea to run a bead of silicone along the outside edge to help make it watertight.

This was made of high quality material and didnt need to "unroll" for a couple of days like other similar products. It was heavy enough that it laid flat almost immediately. I used it as a threshold for my 1920s exterior door that wasnt built with one and it worked like a charm for keeping dirt out and making a solid thermal break.

This garage door threshold seal work perfectly at sealing the space between the garage door and the floor. With the slight extra height, this prevents water from going under the door and into the garage. There is no problems running over the threshold with a vehicle. Best to use a straight edge or chalk line to get this straight when gluing it to the floor. The 9.8FT length is enough for a single garage door opening.

Just what I needed to keep the misses in the correct parking spot. We put this down in an area where she would pull in and once over the bump she would know to put it in park and be in the right area.They give you plenty of safety strip that you could do two garage bays.

This garage door Threshold seal looks and feels to be made of high quality. It is heavy rubber, yet very flexible. There are no included instructions, for me it was not an issue since this is not the first time I install one, but could be a problem for first timers. I recently changed the garage door bottom seal and it was very rigid, it would not perfectly seal the width of the door. I decided to give this seal a try to complement the door seal. Perfect combination, now the bottom section is absolutely sealed, no more things coming inside the garage!This is a high value upgrade to a home (low cost, easy install, good performance).
