These pasta cutters are fantastic. Operate very similar to a pizza cutter, but leave a wavy edge. I personally used them to finish separating homemade raviolis. Used the template for the raviolis and this cutter to finish cutting them apart. Rolls easily. The 2 handle lengths are great for me and my wife.
