What a difficult piece of garbage, called tech support, wanted payment in advance. loaded several apps, played great, sound and picture were terrific, BUT when turned the TV off went off for a while and came back later, navigation was most difficult. loading passwords is extremely difficult and very time consuming. Tried for two days and finally threw the towel in and sent it back. I would give it a half star it that was possible. if your tethered it may be a great TV.

This was an impossible TV to try to set up and operate as a smart TV. Almost none of the installed apps were worth anything and the ones we tried to install, such as Hulu, were rejected by the operating system. This TV is not worth the purchase price or the headaches of trying to make it work. The one star I’m giving it was for packaging - it made the return easier.
