I wanted a height pole to measure the height of my camper, so I thought I would give this a try. Excellent choice. This height pole is well made out of good quality materials. Fit and finish are good. Easy to use. Highly recommend. 5 stars.

This is a nicely portable, sturdy measuring stick. At 15 feet, this is tall enough to measure many things, not just trucks but also useful around the house. The cross pole makes this very accurate vs eyeballing things, and the stick is sturdy enough for mindless use without worrying about longevity. It also folds up nicely, and comes in a carrying bag for easy portability. You have both measurement systems for ease of use, and the markings are easy to read.

Just received this today & after opening it up, not only did i 1st noticed it was in metric, but also, what's Supposedly Imperial measurements, they are Wrong & off by at least 6 inches (Short).When I placed it next to the Standard Tape Ruler (25ft) ALL of the FT marks are off by a minimum of 6" (inches) as you will see in the photos. Even if you extend the very top poll & measure from the very tip (which one can't when trying to determine the height of a semi-trailer, as the Bar MUST LAY FLAT ON THE TOP OF THE TRAILER in order to get an accurate heigth) as you can see, you lose almost 6".THIS IS NOT a proper measuring stick for the Trucking industry. Especially here in the USA.Will be sending it back & requesting a refund.

So many in my family own 5th wheels and were going to take a long trip. But each of them is different lengths and heights. this makes it easier to figure out the actual height of the ac units to the ground, since air bags can make each different. Worked like a charm, and easy to read, and fold up when done. Probably far easier to do say a semi trailer as you measure the top from the edge, so for that this would work very very well.
