My refrigerator door had gotten yo where it would not swing closed by itself. You had to remember to make sure to push it closed every time. Did a little online research and found that these parts could be the culprit. Ordered them Sunday, received Monday. Put a block of wood under the door to keep it from dropping down while taking off the lower hinge. The upper piece was completely worn off with no lobes left at all. The lower piece was probably ok but replaced it anyway. It might have taken 10 minutes to remove and replace the parts. Door closes by itself now with no problems at all! Great product at a great price!

I had to drill one hole in the new part to get it to fit, but if you are skilled enough to change this part, it won't be an issue. Maybe it fits the Whirlpool rerigerator, but the Kitchen Aid required a small adjustment to the part. With this part, the door will close easily by itself.

This worked absolutely brilliantly on our almost 20 year old Kitchen Aid KSRG25FKSS16 refrigerator. Like many others, the refrigerator side door was not closing very well and many times would be cracked open slightly when I would come to open the door. I noticed the door was sitting slightly lower than the freezer side door as well.It took a total of about 5 minutes to replace the old cams with these new ones. This little part fixed the problem and the door closes just like new, and is actually sitting slightly higher than the freezer side door, which makes me think I need to replace those cams as well, although the freezer door still shuts just fine.Hopefully the fridge will last another 20 years before I need to replace these again ;)

Just installed these two pieces on my Kitchen Aid fridge door and it was exact fit. Seems like a sturdy design and fixed my issue. Very fast delivery. Easy to do with the help of some detailed YouTube videos out there.

Got this to replace the original that wore away. It installed ok, but the molded cam positioning does not match (even though it the description says it matches 2182179). Returned, and buying OEM this time.
