I am starting a new business, and wanted somewhere to collect and organize all of the paperwork I know I'm going to need to keep together.This has been perfect! It can hold A LOT of papers, and it has a fancy little front compartment that can hold other things as well, like office supplies, etc.I wouldn't change a thing about it. It's such a smart design, super easy to use, closes securely, its attractive looking and well made- if you are looking for something to help you stay organized, this is a great option! I'm really pleased with it.

As a sentimental person, I have collected a plethora of cards, handwritten notes, concert stubs, and fliers from my youth. My hope was to contain it all in one place, rather than where it's been for years -in various folders, boxes and filing cabinets. This twenty-four accordion expanding organizer is exactly what I’ve been looking for.Each folder has a colorful plastic tab for labeling, which will be handy if ever I need to find that xeroxed poetry mag from 1992. Joking aside, this file folder can hold tons of stuff! There’s even a zippered pocket in the front for pens, old passports, scissors, etc.. In essence, if you need something to help organize either your home or work life, this will help significantly.One tiny complaint is that it doesn’t have a handle, and if ever I planned to take this outside of my home, it would be awkward to lug from one place to another.Overall, it does the job, and I’m happy to have all the randomness I’ve collected in one place.

Size is good. But tabs and lables are tiny. Too small to write words on. I can maybe abbreviate or use a number system. If the tabs were normal size it would be perfect for my needs.

After receiving this accordion file and giving it a good look over, I decided to not use it for my classroom as I had originally intended. Instead, I decided to use it at home to organize my personal papers etc. All my important papers (trust, deeds, etc) are stacked in the side drawer of my desk. There is no method or reasoning to the organizing except for whatever came in first. If anything were to happen to me, my family would find it troublesome to sort through all that paperwork to find what really mattered. That is about to change. This file has thought of everything. It has the large accordion file with plenty of room for all my papers and room to spare for future ones. The file opens nicely and easily. I like that the elastic fastener (pictures 1 and 2) as to expand features; one for not much in the files and one for the file is large. I also like the zip sealed compartment for passports, extra emergency cash, credit and debit cards, insurance cards, etc. This is a must have for home emergency preparedness. Now, if we need to vacate rapidly, I'll just reach for this file and I'm out the door. This is a definite 5 stars.

This worked great to file many years of documentation however it is not easy to lift or rather get a grasp to pick up. It really should have a handle on top. It does the job however.
