Bought these boats for a sushi dinner. Unfortunately, we added a small portion of soy sauce in the boats and the sauce leaked causing a mess on the table.

i love to cook for my wife specially those tapas night or sashimi/sushi nights. i use these disposable boat-bowls to serve up with tapas dishes such white anchovies, cheese, cold cuts and olives or japanese and seafood items like sushi, sashimi, oyster and clams in half shells - all home prepped. i like that they are disposable and goes straight to the bin after we use them. sometimes we line them up on our ottoman while drinking wine and bingeing on a netflix show on movie nights. so convenient and fun to use.

We needed a larger than normal size food boat for a special event. These food boats are great. They arrived very quickly, in good shape. They are exactly the right product, eco friendly and just as sturdy as paper. Better!

We have been making sushi every so often in our home. I thought it would be nice to have some cute little sushi boats to have next time we make sushi. However, what i didn't think about is how much use I would get out of these little things.I used these to hold paint when I was painting. I like that they were sturdy. They are made out of wood (poplar) and this made it easy to load up my paint and not worry about it leaking through. I also like that they are long and thin because then it was easy to put it in a small space (my work space for art is small).I think they are going to be fun when we make sushi. They are sturdy so hopefully they will hold plenty of sushi.

My wife wanted to reduce the amount of dishware that was being used by our children, and grand kids that visited on the weekends. I looked at the popular trend of using disposable plates. I did not want to use the standard large paper plates, but rather a tray/bowl of sorts that the kids could use. These wooden sushi boat was the answer to our household needs. Our kids can load it up with their snacks, while the adults used them for eating small meals out of. I love eating edamame and use the sushi boat tray to store the discarded soybean shell, and for breakfast they are perfect for eating yogurt. The sushi boats are not easily effected by water, and hold their shape. Biodegrable and Compostable. Highly recommended.

I like to have the option of an eco friendly food boat. I wish it didn’t have the hole where it’s folded but not a huge deal for dry snacks. They are a little flimsy but still great.

Aesthetically, these are nice. Functionally, they leave a little to be desired. They are not very sturdy, so they're better suited for lighter dishes, but they are also constructed in a way that creates little gaps at the corners of the folds. I would recommend them for use as a (much more attractive) holder for the same kind of foods that could be held on a napkin, like chips. They would not be good for anything saucy, juicy, or wet. I planned to use them for a nacho bar, but I'm worried about leakage after toppings are added so I'm trying to make a new plan for them.
