I ordered these because one of the probs that came with my smoker failed. The nice improvement over the original probs is that these are color coded with one red and one black. They are direct replacement and work perfectly.

Like a complete newb I didn't catch these had 3.5mm plugs instead of the 2.5mm I needed. I've ordered perhaps half a dozen replacements over the years and they've all had 2.5mm.These will not work with my iGrill 2. I even got a plug adapter and they read a constant 333 degrees. Clearly the impedance is incorrect or something.I suspect they would work fine with the Pit Boss they were made for. They are definitely heavy duty. I genuinely wish the adapter had worked. I suspect these would outlive the Weber probes.
