This is a very simple and straight-forward food log. The first few sheets, front and back, are a list of foods. This gives you how many calories per serving the food items are, as well as their serving size. It doesn't cover every food item, but it has the most common, I would say.After that, the rest of the booklet is the food logging pages. Again, straight-forward. It has spaces for the date, your weight, which day of the week, the time and a water intake tracker. These pages allow you to track the food by item (and snacks). The only thing that doesn't really make any sense is the part where you log the time. There's only one section for that, but you're eating three times a day so I feel like that part shold be included in each section so that you can log the time for each meal and snack. On the back of each food log page is a roomy notes section. I'm sure you can log the time for each meal there, but it seems like that would be something you'd want to see at a glance without having to check your notes.Other than that, I'd say this is the easiest and most direct food log I've purchased so far. I've had other food logs that like to ask you about your day, how you felt, etc. and I think that's pretty unnecessary in my case. So I like the simplicity of these. The bonus is that you get three booklets, so that's plenty of logging that can be done.

I really like this for its portability and easy to stick in my gym bag. I also like that I can take it out and pre-plan my workouts and that way I just move in the gym. I haven't found an app that works like this so I am sticking with the old fashioned way and this definitely works.

I love this notebook! It's a nice bright fresh look with a matte finish.The first couple pages list many categories with correct quantities and the rest of the pages are formatted to easily record all your intake with a full notes page on the back.These are perfect for holding yourself accountable. I got them to help my daughter see better what "healthy" means as social media and cravings are both liars. (Mom knows nothing let's not forget lol)She can reference the first couple pages at any time and when recording realize what her input really is. Our goal is balance and this will help us to record and adjust and see our progress as we go.

This notepad is for keeping track of your sets and reps each workout. It serves as a way to track your weight and progression. It comes with 3 individually wrapped notepads. They are a bit bigger than expected. The paper is on the thin side but a regular ballpoint pen shouldn’t bleed through.
