If this is used consistently every week, it would last nearly 2 years! I like the week at a glance format, it is easy to read and follow. This is great as a caretaker for my relative. This tracker can be left with her and anyone can complete it. There is no guessing. I do find the space is a bit small to write the meals. And no space for meds/supplements to track. Works well on a clipboard but I wish it had holes for a binder. The paper is attached together at the top and can be peeled away but then you need a place to store them if you are actually wanting to look back. Otherwise, It's great!

This is so awesome! I try to track my food but with apps I put it off and then at the end of the day have forgotten some of my foods. I have 1 of the sheets with me at all times and makes it easier to record. Being mindful and journaling is a big part of managing your health. If you are like me and you want to have better awareness you need to try this.
