There is adjustment valve for flame adjustment. When you think the minimum flame is not enough,it can adjust in the place of knob and We rather professional to do so
.If you want to change the gas source, please invite professional.

1,Our product take 110 Voltage AC power ignition but if outside without AC power, it can ignition with lighter or other flame.

Although a little skeptical initially because the price was so good, the product is absolutely great. Installed easily. Only comment is that the unit itself is more grey than black.Amazing value for that money.

I use LPG and the nozzle switch was effortless. Replaced older LPG unit so I did not need to change to provided regulator, I used the existing. Change took less than thirty minutes and unit works beautifully.

Stove looks good but the problem is the gas is leaking. We replace the connector several times but still doesn’t properly fit and gas still leaking, it’s a safety issue. They should have provided the proper hose/fitting connector that would match for propane connector. We rarely use it for safety concerns. I hope they will read this comment and resolve the issue. Provide or suggest to which flexible hose that would match for propane cylinder.

Easy install, has regulator, set up for NG. heavy grates. great price it works wellBurner have good pattern and a Wok holder in center that can be removed with grate still there.paid 900 for original GE 4burner 8 years ago and a little over three for this onecons, a little light in weight ,and ignitor you have to push in knob

𝕀ℕ𝕊𝕋𝔸𝕃𝕃𝔸𝕋𝕀𝕆ℕ:▪️Nothing complicated, it was straight forward and easy.▪️I used natural gas rated thread tape which is much more substantial than the supplied thread tape.▪️A countertop cut out template came with the unit.▪️Everything was nicely packed.▪️Extra gas burner nozzle tips with installation tool cans with the unit▪️A couple of different fittings and LNG connectors were also supplied.𝕆ℙ𝔼ℝ𝔸𝕋𝕀𝕆ℕ:▪️You have to hold down the knob as you turn in order to activate the igniter.▪️Underneath the knobs are debris prevention boot gaskets, which is nice.𝔼𝕤𝕥𝕙𝕖𝕥𝕚𝕔𝕤:▪️The knobs are steel and feel substantial. They have a nice and smooth range of motion.▪️The printed burner indicators on the stainless steel by each knob is not going to last. I can see one letter edge already missing.▪️The knobs are not parallel to each other when the unit is off. Some are slightly off by a few degrees to where it is not only noticeable, but may indicate to a new person to the cooktop to try to keep turning the knob to turn it off. Doing so would likely damage the internal component.The cast iron grates have some noticeable flaws with some large pitting and some burrs. Though it is all thoroughly coated which minimizes the look of these defects.▪️ I slightly loosened the screws along all of the burners on the stainless steel because I could see protective plastic torn underneath and sticking out. I used tweezers to pull off the plastic to prevent any burning plastic smell.▪️It ignites immediately▪️It burns with nice consistency▪️No blowout when setting it to a low flame.▪️That large center burner is a nice monster to have.▪️The wok cast iron attachment looks and works great.▪️The platform is indented with a smooth spill prevention radius, which make for an easy cleanup.In all, I am pleased with the value despite these small inconsistencies.-𝘗𝘩𝘰𝘵𝘰𝘴 𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘥-

Arrived and well packaged to eliminate damages from shipping, easy to install as long as you have the area cut out matched with the sizes which is specified, the bottom is not exposed to anything and is protected, so you can not easily damage the gas pipes, or if there are wires, or anything, they are not easily prone to damage. A nice clean pan is protecting the bottom, the grills are cast iron, and heavy duty, like the professional grills in the restaurants. I unpacked it, and installed it in 20 minutes max, they even provided teflon tape to eliminate any leaks, just needed a Crescent wrench (Adjustable Wrench) to put the gas pipe and the regulator which is supplied together and connect to my propane thank. Flames are large and great, and they can be adjusted to the minimum very easily, I am supper happy with this product, Thank You

I would have loved to have given this a higher rating but, I paid to have it professionally installed only to find out that the middle burner will not ignite. I can't find the customer service number to deli kit anywhere. Unfortunately now I would have to pay for it to be uninstalled, send it back then pay for installation again. So disappointing. The other burners work great and the unit looks great but, now I'm stuck. Anyone know how I can get a hold of Deli kit?
