These aluminum extrusion corner brackets work great. They fit well in 2040. They have a well-defined lip that catches to the channel and once tightened down, there's little chance of any twisting. The black coating seems durable enough and doesn't interfere with the threaded holes. The screws, however, are showing signs of corrosion right out of the bag. The screws arrive bone dry and the bag has that characteristic discoloration. Looking more closely at the screws, rust is clearly visible.

I ordered these for my 3D printer project.I ordered these from 2 different companies to see which one was better to use going forward. This one was slightly under the other one. They were both almost exactly the same.These connectors come unassembled. This seems to be a newer trend. Years ago, a lot of them came assembled. It's literally seconds, so no big deal. It's just an observation.These hold well and are very close to square. When using 4 of them to make a square, or 8 of them for a cube, the result is square.I took away a star due to them being a bit undersized. I'm sure this was a measure to reduce the chance of them being too large and hanging over the extrusion, but this makes modeling before cutting and assembly less simple. For example: if you measure the thickness of the connectors and the length of the extrusion between them, the overall length is slightly less than the overall size of the finished square. This can cause issues when things need to be aligned perfectly to reduce binding. This one was slightly worse than the other one I tested. This was the only difference.Overall, these are going to work. I recommend assembling a 3-way connection to measure the offsets before modeling your project when using these if there is a chance of misalignment causing an issue.

These are nice additions to your 2020 aluminum toolkit! They appear well made and are dimensionally correct as best as I can currently measure them (Starret combination square). You'd use these to provide diagonal bracing to your project -- keeping it from racking under moment loads.

These angled connectors for 2020 aluminum are well made with a powder coat texture to the paint finish. An Allen wrench, nuts, and M5 screws are provided to attach them. I wasn't aware that angled connectors like this were readily available and having them in my toolbox opens up a lot of design possibilities for stiffening larger 2020 structures or allowing different geometrical arrangements.

The connectors fit 2020 extrusion perfectly -- very tight but still slips on without hassle. These connectors are fabricated to high tolerances and have set screws that are somewhat flattened so they don't deform the aluminum extrusion like other manufacturer's sharply pointed set screws. the photo I've included shows a connector slipped onto a 2060 extrusion because I just didn't have a 2020 handy. It can't be used properly on a 2060, but you get the idea.
