This pulley seems to be more rugged than the original Werner pulley. The rope pulls smoother !!

The kit works fine and I did need to expect less since I went for the more value priced options but nonetheless the pieces dont feel as sturdy as the originals. Mine wasnt a 1 for 1 replacement so I sized and drilled a hole for it on a different rung. On my second use of it and it is still operating the 25' extension ladder correctly.

And very easy to install. I used a screw instead of the rivet to center it.

So far so good. Instructions were poor but the pulley system is very good. Impressed with the sturdiness of the pulley system.

Purchased this for my extension ladder to attach a rope and it fit perfectly onto my ladder and looks to be a sturdy pully. I bought the rope they suggested for it but was a total waste of money, have to buy a different one that can be tied into a knot and stay into a knot, the suggested one won't.
