I bought it in October 2024. This month, February 2025, the sprocket started falling apart. The warranty states 6 months. The only way to contact the company is by text message. I contacted them and got a message back that said it was out of warranty. I replied and asked how this could be and got no reply. Nice customer service! So I ordered and paid for the part. Interestingly, this part is the first one that shows up on the website under "parts". So it must be a defect they are aware of. The opener was fine other than that and the fact that the instructions appear to be written by a Chinese engineer who learned to speak English in Finland. The company is impossible to reach and they give you no satisfaction when you do contact them. Avoid dealing with Imeshbeam.com if you can. Similar items are available on Amazon, hopefully from companies who will honor a warranty for a $21 item.

The installation was easy, basic tools needed, did not need any special equipment to get it it installed, I only find the remote bit complicated to work with, the system keep forgetting the remotes, the video from the seller is really simple, but can not get them to stay programmed for to long. The seller have help with the instructions to programmed again, but the hassle to keep on doing it is just to much.The system is not too expensive, but it is enough to think it will last longer than couple months.
