Helps to keep my cat from tearing up my carpet on the other side of the bathroom door it is somewhat slick you may have to tape it down it is very thick and sturdy and he hasn't been able to scratch through it

Our cat had a habit of clawing at the carpet by our bedroom door. This has stopped that completely because it fits perfectly at our door. It seems to have also taught him not to claw at other doorways.

It works, but mine curled up a bit. Had to put something heavy on it to flatten it out. Once I did that, worked liked a champ. It was easy to cut as well.

Well I originally got a see through one which was nice. But the black really helped cover up the old tore up carpet patches my cats made before. It’s funny when the cats still try to scratched their way out, but the pad stays in place.

I have a car that likes to scratch under the door. This has been a life savor. The transparent color helps for it not to be an eye sore. And it gets the job done I only needed this is for one door

This was a very simple product to use and fitting it to the door was easy. It definitely helps to have someone hold it while cutting it if you don't have any fancy cutting tools (and are too impatient to let it flatten out). Our feline babies are still pouting about not being able to get to the carpet but that's a success in our book :).

I saw a really nice carpet-cat protector but it was twice as much as this one so I tried this. It is just a small section of chair mat that you cut to size. It comes rolled up so that is issue number one trying to get it to lay flat. Then it has those spikes in rows so I have half carpet and half hardwood. Not good on wood side.I just returned it immediately upon unrolling it out of the box.I guess I have to buy the expensive one :(
