Definitely only for kittens. It was snug on 6 month old kittens, but worked fine. Only good for short-term use -- gets soiled easily and impossible to thoroughly clean. Bonus points for cuteness

We just had our kittens spayed, the collars were placed on the kittens and worked very well. They are so much nicer than the plastic ones. It is difficult for the kittens to eat and drink, however. We ended up taking them off so that they were able to have their food and water. I was very pleased with them and the kittens were so darn cute with them on.

We got these for out kittens when we got them fixed. Works great and looks cute. Able to adjust them easily and is comfortable for them.

Got the new boys fixed and they were miserable in the hard plastic cones. We tried several of the soft, donut type and they got out of them within a few minutes. These stay on well and they seemed much more comfortable with them. The only downfall is that they will soak up a ton of water when dipped in the water dish. It's good to have extras while they dry! We originally ordered the small size which was a bit snug on a 9# kitten, but trimmed them a bit to make due until the mediums came in.

Basically, these are amazing but make sure to get the pack that has at least three if you are using them for an extended period because they will get dirty and while you can put them through the washing machine they come out A LOT softer and that will make it easier for your animal to get to their wounds so just be careful about that. Otherwise they are cute and easier for animals to deal with than the hard Elizabeth collars which cause SO MUCH stress to animals.

We bought these for our 6lb, 5 month old kitten after her spay surgery. As you can see, she's cute AF in them, but unfortunately, even still a little high from anesthesia, she was able to pull them off - first by kicking it over her head, so we put them on the tighter snap - then she kicked the snaps open to escape. Perhaps they would work better for a smaller, less-buff kitten; ours has hulk-strength bunny-kicks.
