Because this is a tube like style, it was more difficult to place on my cat. I would not repurchase and I am returning.

I knew my kitten would hate this..and she did lol. but kept her from licking herself red. 4 stars cause no matter what i did kitten had a bad time walking in it.

I do not give it 5 stars just because took me three tries to find the correct size because the description is not accurate. And another thing, the hole for the thighs is very small.

I bought this for my almost two year old cat after he had surgery for a broken hip. I spent a week fighting to keep his cone on but he found every way possible to get around it or get it off and he not only took stitches out but got an infection from licking his incision, so my vet recommended a body suit in addition to the cone to ensure he could not get to the incision and cause any more damage. Initially when I put it on him it hung too low around the neck and he slid out. So I took in the shoulder straps a little bit and then it fit him perfectly. On the back end near his bottom I had to cut off some of the fabric on his underside because when he used the litter box he would soil on it. But with those two adjustments it has worked perfectly and the adjustments I did have to make took very little time and effort to make sure it fit him properly. In the long run, so worth it compared to the battle we had over the cone. He is comfortable and moves freely in it and no longer needs the cone at all. He is so much happier and relaxed. He adjusted to this very quickly because it is very soft and breathable. And I know he can’t get to his incision when he is wearing it no matter how he tries so it gives me great peace of mind and comfort!

The Velcro straps help to make it form fit. It covered the incision well on our cat's hind leg. Velcro straps do need to be secured with safety pins or the cat will get out of it.

Exactly what we needed to keep the cat from chewing her stitches.Great design, well made, easy to put on and take off.Fit perfectly. We have a rather small cat (7 pounds and very short in length) and the small was perfect. A small from another brand was huge on her.All we could want, plus the colors are cute too.
