Product detail states(designed for 2004 tacoma) but it's not compatible with an 04 tacoma.

Super easy 2 wire up. U only need a Phillips screwdriver to remove the taillights 2 hook the trailer wire Y's. 30 min install first time installing a trailer light harness.

Does not fit 04 tacoma that is a 4 cylinder.Completely different plugs.

Harness was easy to install and came with everything including easy-to-understand instructions to make the job go smooth. I would recommend this item because it’s so easy to install. The wires were a little long so I coiled the extra after covering in loom and used the zip-ties to secure them to the factory harness.It was so nice to see the lights on the trailer working again ! 👍

It was exactly what I was after as far as plug and play, it works well.As far as any potential dislikes, I feel that the wires were definitely too long, so there's way more wire than what's needed from both tail lights to the converter and then from the converter to the trailer plug (2' would be plenty), all of that can be shortened when it is already specifically for the vehicle I have. That part could be more accurate to make it even better.(Note: I followed the Factory wiring harness to route the new trailer wiring harness...There was Plenty of Xtra wire length which had to be gathered and tied up out of the way from potential future damage.)But aside from that it works perfect.Thank you.

Used these before from another supplier. Best way to go and not damage factory wiring. These were reasonable prices and fit well. Would purchase again if needed
