Threads on 3 of the nuts galled on installstion. Had to cut the U bolts off. Poor QC or machining or something. Junk.

Don’t buy these! Your project will be ruined as you have to cut these crap u boots off because they lock out. Bad spacing on the threads. Ruined a $400 job and added a ton of time.Stay away. Seriously.

This things are massive!! The are nice stainless still and come with 2 types of locking nuts which is a plus!Craftsmanship is good or great, i passed my hands on the u bolt and didn't feel a single splinter or sharp edge.

I needed a Beefy U-bolt to suspend a heavy ceiling fan from my metal building 2 x 2 ceiling rafter - This was what I chose -I needed one with a washer / lock washer / and lock nut - this it what it came with - I read the description - there were no metal bars - I knew this based on the description - I saw that - I ordered it base on what the description said.The product match the description exactly. No surprises there.Because these ubolts were so long - I did have to cut off some of the length for my project. No big deal.These things are big.I READ the description on the dimensions and used what I got.... I got what I needed. No reason to rate these bolts anything less than 5 stars..

On the bench today I’ve got the twomoo 4 Sets 304 Stainless Steel Square U-Bolt Kits, Heavy Duty U-Bolt with Nuts,Flat and Lock Washers for Boat Trailers,Automobiles Trailers,Ski Boats,and Sailboat Trailers (1/2" D x 3-1/16" W x 4-5/16" L).There really isn’t much to say about this. It’s 4 stainless(I did check with a strong magnet and they had almost no magnetic attraction at all) u-bolts with lock nuts/washers and flat washers.

Ordered this set of four U-bolts not for the leaf springs on my truck but to pound into the ground to help prevent a Halloween display from blowing away in strong wind. After being buried in dirt for a month, I pulled them out and no corrosion!If using in an automotive application, make sure that stainless steel is strong enough for your application. It isn't as strong as ordinary high carbon steel.
