I really like the WIFI connection allowing me to monitor it from the house as it is mounted in my garage. I was limited to the WiFi because there was not a detectable BlueTooth signal to connect to. The WiFi setup was tricky setting up especially on the second device and would not complete a setup on an old cell phone I keep at the system instillation for monitoring all the connected units. At this time I am only using it at 25% of its capacity at this time as upgrades are coming in the future. I am happy with it and would recommend it.

I use this charge controller to keep my electronics in the back of my truck operating. I have multiple input sources and this controller does a good job of keeping my batteries charged so I can run my Starlink and refrigerator without worrying about draining my battery. I have used this on my sailboat also and it is more than enough to keep those house batteries running for an extended period of time.I do recommend and I would buy this charge controller again.

The MPPT works really well. I like the addition USB ports on the unit. Unfortunately this MPPT is ruined by really noisy fan! The fan will turn on constantly and noisier than my inverter. It's not rated for outside use. The unit also feels cheap and inferior. I had plan to use this indoor but the noisy fans ruined the project plan. I do not recommend this!

My husband and I did some solar panel testing this weekend with a few new mobile panels we picked up. We used this 40A MPPT Solar Charge Controller to charge some LiFePO4 batteries we have for some SeaDoo scuba scooters. Setup was fairly easy once it was hooked up. We changed the battery type and charging commenced. None of the batteries we're fully drained so can't give you a time from empty to full charge, but charging did seems to go at a similar speed to wall changing. We used a number of different pannels with 60w being the smallest and 120w being the largest. Obviously with a larger panel the unit is more efficient and will charge quicker but we felt both panels did a great job with this charge controller.Pros:-Easy to install and use-Compact size-Charges multiple battery types-Easy to understand operation-Has USB output direct from controller-App controllerCons:-Indoor use only (not weather shielded)Overall very happy with this controller which seems fairly versatile, only wish it was outdoor rated as it is going in our emergency supplies which we prefer be weather resistant. Other than that however it's a great buy for a solid MPPT charge controller.
