The Indicator Light Indicates The Whole Process：
Red light means charging. Green light means battery full charged or disconnected.
After the interface is connected to the scooter, the indicator light changes from green to red.
When the Electric Scooter charger completes charging, the indicator light changes from red to green again. At this time, you can disconnect the Electric Scooter charger.
If It Does Not Charge Your Scooter, There May Be One Of The Following Reasons:
1.IF The green light is on when the power is plugged in, but after connecting the scooter, the green light will not turn into red, it is possible that the device is not successfully connected. Please confirm that the device is fully plugged in.
2.If there was a green light when the power was plugged in. After connecting the scooter, the light went out, it is because the internal short circuit of the scooter, which causes the charger self-protection function.you'd better check your scooter battery,and replace the battery.
3.The charger is not suitable for your scooter.
4. Due to the limited life of lithium batteries, Your battery is broken.
NOTICE：
Don’t use when your battery is broken.
Monitor the temperature of your battery the first time use this charger.
Cut-off the AC when the battery is full charged.
Cut off charging immediately if the temperature is too high.
It is normal that the charge gets a little bit hot when charging.
Don’t cover the charger when charging.
Keep the charger away from water, fire, wet or hot.

I have a GOTRAX GXL V2 scooter that needed a charger. This charger came with an adapter that I did not need for my scooter, but likely is used for another type (the adapter converts that standard bullet plug into a 3-pin bullet plug). I plugged in the charger and the LED on the charger turned red. When it was done charging, it turned green. Full charge on my scooter! Works perfectly and great value for the cost.
