I read some of the reviews about this product and I was surprised. I haven't had any difficulty with lamination or the other associated features. It works about as well as a home laminator can be expected at a reasonable price. Mine took about 3 minutes to heat up but once it did, the functionality was great. It produces well laminated sheets and that is the most important characteristic to me. I took out one star here because the machine did not come with ANY laminating sheets. It would have been nice if a few could have been thrown in there.

I needed a laminator so I decided to try this one. These multi-purpose laminator works well and is easy to use, comes with full instructions. The unit is quiet, the laminator itself was priced right. The paper trimmer is where this unit looses me, the blade is already dull and I can’t seem to find a replacement blade anywhere so -2 stars for durability.

This is a great addition to any home! My husband is a teacher, so he is excited to be able to laminate awards and stuff for his classroom, and I have already laminated multiple old art projects done by our daughter so they will be safe and visible for many years.This laminator is super easy to use. First of all - it doesn't come with laminating pouches, so you have to order them yourself.All you do is plug it in and turn it on via the toggle switch in the back. It takes about two minutes to heat up enough. Then you feed the filled lamination pouch into the laminator. It will slowly move it through and seal it. I did five in a row and it was perfect.It also has a paper cutter, two-hole punch, and corner rounding punch. The paper cutter works by pressing down while sliding it.Over all, I'm super satisfied with this product. It's not too large and works as intended.

Mine didn’t come with any laminating paper or pouches, so I wasn’t able to test the laminating function. It seems that this machine is calibrated for the European market as far as paper goes — it has settings for A4, which is the European standard size for office paper.
