I’ve used similar magnets to these in the past, but these are bigger and stronger the others. Plus, I love that these come with some hardware, anticipating that someone is up to something creative. I used these to keep our shed door securely closed at the bottom as it gapes open a little. The wood is a little warped so even when locked, one corner sticks out. With these magnets, it pulls the corner down and right into place. I would definitely get these again.

These are no joke. Two massive powerful rare earth magnets. Extremely strong. Will pinch you good so use caution with these.They come with a extremely shiny chrome outer shell. The bottom are open to expose the flush mounted magnets. There's a mounting hole in the center and they include mounting hardware so you can attach baskets, hooks, or off-road lighting. It comes with a couple of bolts washers and wingnuts.

Although the listing describes these magnets as being able to handle 100 pounds of vertical load, I was able to fairly easily dislodge a single magnet with one hand. They do not seem nearly as strong as advertised. It is odd that they are described as both fragile and not chipping easily. Considering there were tiny chips in the package on arrival, it would seem only the former is accurate. Although they are shown being used to hold tools, steel tools directly against ceramic magnets are likely to damage them. Overall I do not feel comfortable recommending these magnets.

They are OK and they are certainly strong! No doubt about the strength but it's not gonna work for the project I wanted it for in the kitchen. For some reason when I put one of the magnets inside the cabinet and one outside they repel each other no matter which way I flip them. Maybe there's some sort of metal inside my cabinet but it doesn't seem like it. Either way they might work for your project.

super strong magnets. Holds a lot of weght. Usefull for hanging or mounting tools onto metal surfaces.I used them for tool hanging for hanging items that I am painting.
