Not too happy so far. I ordered four beds of this size. I was able to put together two of them pretty easily, even though the instructions that the product comes with are not the best. The other two beds were very hard to put together because the panels were not cut well and the holes simply did not match. I had to do all sorts of things to line them up. And it is a good thing I put those beds together after all because after I called the customer service and was politely asked to email the photos of the defected panels (which I did), and promised a response in the next 24-48 hours, I actually never got a response. So, 50/50 quality of the product and lack of customer service quality...ugh
