The idea is good. However, for me, despite cleaning my bike tube with alcohol and drying thoroughly, these did not stick. Even if they did for some miracle, I'm not sure I would trust the reliability of these to hold my brake, shifting, electrical cables on my bike. If you have these maybe you can try some special epoxy or glue, but I decided to go with rivet style fasteners instead -- a little scarier to install, but bullet-proof. Hope this review helps someone.

The clip is oversized and not made for bike cable housing. It will do the job but does not look elegant.

Installation was on a carbon fork. I followed all directions and so far it's been very secure. Time will tell how long it holds up. But There are five in the box so I can always replace it with another if it falls off.
