Clean construction. I could not be more pleased! I paint in oils. I first gesso the surface. Not absolutely necessary but it helps seal the wood so the oils are able to stay vibrant on the surface.

No warping, like other brands. The cross bars really stabilize the panel.

These are very well made. Square, and sides Square to the top as well.I glue these together in rows and these are so much better then most sold here that are hand sanded to death out of shape and veneers questionable. These are the best I've seen.

I ordered two 24''x48'' panels. Began gessoing the first board and realized it was warped., as was the second! One had a gouge in the front which I attempted to fill, but subsequently discovered a 1/4'' bit missing on the frames edge. The second board had a poorly joined corner which meant the front panel was not attached to the frame and would require glue and clamping.Thoroughly disgusted and dissappointed by the crummy workmanship .

I saw a picture of this snowman on Pinterest with no instructions. By chance I started searching Amazon and found all the wood pieces! Quality is superb and packaging was great! There were a variety of sizes to choose from. Highly recommend!This is my finished gift!

I ordered the 10 x 10 wood panels; it comes as a four pack. The quality of these looks very nice – they are very well-constructed. The wood is blemish-free and well sanded (although you might want to give them a once-over with fine sandpaper before using). To my surprise, the corners are all mitered perfectly - no ragged ends!!These are ready to go out of the shrink-wrap… for painting projects you may want to prep them with gesso or primer. I’m using them for oil painting, so used some gesso on them first.These have a nice 1 ½” depth – assuming you finish the edges, it’s a gallery wrap that’s ready to hang – no framing required. These would work particularly well for pour painting, encaustic or resin glazing. Worked well for my oil painting, although the strength of the wood wasn’t really necessary… I just think they’re cool.There are no hangers attached/included, so you have flexibility on hanger type or just standing them up for décor.These are good quality panels at less than $10 each. Feels like a good value to me. I will order again.
