This little upholstery tool kit works well. The little double-sided hammer is perfect for those surface mounted nails used on sofas and recliners. The crow bar works great on the big staples, too, and it's a lot easier than trying to pull them out with pliers. The needlenose pliers are rather primitive, but they're adequate for basic stuff. The tips on the pliers don't close precisely, so it's tough to grab a hold of thin stuff. Nevertheless, the kit as a whole works well, especially for the price.

This kit is a good deal for the price, but the tools aren't top quality. There was glue showing on the hammer and the pliers (you can see the yellow glue in the photo by the pliers' handle) and all of the pieces still had rough nubs from the plastic extrusion. I had to pick the nubs off in order to have a comfortable grip. Other than that, though, the tools are solidly built. The pliers has good alignment and a sharp wire cutter, and I put the hammer through its paces and it held up fine. In other words, these might not be perfect, but they deliver perfectly fine results.
