I tried, tried to like them and wanted them to work but OMG they are SO uncomfortable, it feels like have curled rubber under the ball of the foot.I wear 2 inches flip flops at home because lot of my work is standing up, the higher heel helps postural issues forcing me to stand better but the cord between the toes rubs too much. I imagined this would keep the feet from sliding and in some way they do, but have a lumpy area that causes me more pain than the cord itself. Is a no for me.

Are use these to pad, the bottom of my footI have very narrow feet. I’m very bony feet and I don’t have a lot of padding on the bottom of my foot. These were the first ones I’ve ever ordered and they improved and patted the ball of my foot. However, I think they could’ve been a little thicker, but I did wear them in several different pairs of shoes and you can wash them and clean them and reuse them so I have to give them a four because they were help and I enjoyed the versatility of been able to wash them and use them in other shoes

I have used other silicone products like these. But, these have been the most comfortable. You can’t even see them between your foot & the sandal. Initial contact with surfaces has worked well. The next text will be to see how long they last. Right now I am rating them a five ⭐️based on experience with this style of insert & padding for the balls of your feet. Very comfortable!

Pain due to metatarsalgia is pretty much the same after trying these, if not slightly worse. The cushioning effect is almost non-existent. I think the pain might be worse with these on my flip flops due to bad design of the cushioning strip…it should be wider and softer. So, don’t waste your time with these.

I got these to stop that annoying ache I would have in between my toes when wearing flip flops. Worked at first. But as soon as you start walking a distance, the adhesion wears off or slides down. I would get something else.

I ordered these for a pricy pair of Skecher flip flops that were just a bit too loose and floppy. They stick well and worked great in taking up the slack that allowed them to slip off my feet. But the added bonus is they made the flip flops so much more comfortable than they were originally. Great find!
