We use these daubers for a variety of painting projects. They're sized right for most adults. (We can't speak for children, because we're all adults here, but I can't imagine that they'd be problematic for children). They're reasonably priced. Using one's fingers allows for unique applications of paints and other products. You can't go wrong with the daubers.

I facepaint, they worked great for my stencils! They wash well after using. I had no problem with them.

I'm a face painter and these are great to use w/ stencils and easy to use. I use them as disposable sponges and have bought them a few time now. I've tried cleaning them and sanitizing them but they just were too stained so I just re purchased them.
