The plastic components do not thread on firmly to the stainless steel main elements.All the parts should be in stainless steel for accurate drawing work.

This is junk, plastic was split when I opened the box. Had to super glue it first. The threads on the nuts are so oversized that it is all sloppy.

The large compass doesn't lock, which was the purpose of buying this one, so disappointing. Th larger compass can be tapped and moves out of place, the locking mechanism worn.Arrived with all the nuts and bolts off so I'm not sure if it was a previous return.Disappointed, unfortunately
