I got both 8 or 16 pieces in a pack and it seems like those are 2 different products.The 8 pack- i’d give 4.5 stars as it holds very well and makes a difference with noise between the rooms.The 16 pack- fell off the wall within a day - didn’t expand well, looks like they have a different , weak glue ( or almost none). I’m returning those.

I got these because I have a neighbor who likes to sit outside and talk so loud that it comes through my bedroom window and I only did halfway up because I didn't know if they were going to work but it does make a difference I can't hear her loud mouth as much I just have to order another packet so I can do the whole window. We'll see how it works in the summertime when the heat comes on the window if it makes them fall off

The foam is quite thick as it says destroys echo in the room and also makes the room more comfortable to be in. The sticky back side is a bit okay I like that it doesn't rip up the paint but also some don't stick on very well they fall off the wall now and then. Might need to add glue to them but overall very well.

Wow these are cheap and FAR from high Density. Good adhesive but not what I would consider a quality product

These were super easy to put up. They expanded quickly and I tossed them on the ceiling mostly. I have treated my music room with bass traps, 2'' panels, and now these. I actually do believe they've helped a lot compared to the bare empty ceiling! Great for a quick and cheap application. They even offered me a replacement on a couple panels that hade adhesive failure (came undone from the panel itself not the wall/ceiling). But I ordered a ton so I wasn't shocked, and very happy they fixed it so fast.

Grabbed this product based on the reviews and I have to agree. Great product. Solid (esp for the price). Perfect for soundproofing the room. I'll probably get one more set.
