Great set of cotter pins. This has every size you might need. Used the largest one for a trailer hitch pin fit great. Now I have plenty of other sizes as well.

I’m tired of digging through the drawers and coffee cans in my shop for that one R pin that I vaguely remember seeing once. Then when (if) I find it, it’s the wrong size. Hopefully this set will help eliminate that waste of time. In my case the smallest ones are useless but the various sizes are good to have on hand. Having them in the plastic box makes them easy to find and I plan to replenish them as I use them. They re much better quality than I expected.If you need, or want, to have a supply of R clips on hand these are worth considering.My rating system:5 stars..... Very good, recommended.4 stars..... Better than average.3 stars..... Average, nothing especially good or bad.2 stars..... Less than average, not recommended.1 star ..... Junk, do not buy.

Each size pin is in its own labeled compartment in a nice plastic case. The pins are in the usual shape. Minor burrs on the cut ends should not affect the use of the pins. Some of the sizes are non-magnetic and may be 304 stainless, but some sized such as 1.6mmx28mm , 1.8mmx35 and m1.2x21 are magnetic and thus are not 304. They may be 410 or some other alloy. Deducting one star for incorrect description.Having an assortment of hitch pins is very handy for repairs around the shop and for project builds. The case is a bit weak. As you can see one of the dividers was knocked out of place during shipping. The locking lid works well but the lid itself has a slight warp. The pins seem to be well made and a good value considering a few of the larger ones would retail for the total cost of this whole kit.
