I generally never review items on Amazon. However, this product is an exception. To put it simply, it is the most well crafted frame matting! It has enhanced my artwork so much that I admire the matting more that the artwork itself. I love the item and only hope they make more in different sizes in the near future. It was worth the wait for the time it took to reach me. Thank you for such a quality product!!!

This was not a cheap item but very over priced cheap mat, they dont even ship so it dont get bent!! it came BENT!! keep scrolling

These mattes were absolutely perfect for the project I was looking for. The black accent really made my design stand out in the frame. I had to contact this seller to ask for expeditied processing in order to ensure my project was complete in time and the customer service was impeccable! Great seller. I have already order again!

Through no fault of Poster Palooza (seller of merchandise) the shipping company lost my first order ... then delivered the second one damaged. Poster Palooze was apologetic and steadfast on getting the order right and to me in great order. The delays did not deter me from sticking with the wait as the cost to have this size matte custom made was exorbitantly expensive. The Poster Palooza matte was just what I wanted and of the quality that I wanted for my drawing. Thank you to Poster Palooza for their courteous, responsiveness and great overall customer service. Sorry the photo show some pretty serious reflections.

Item arrived safely and very well packaged. The original order got lost in shipment. I contacted the seller and they immediately re-shipped so I would receive before Christmas. What great customer service!

I feared this mat wouldn't be what I needed, because the picture on Amazon showed all four sides to be the same width. However, I decided to believe the written description. I'm glad I did, because the written description is accurate. I took one star off because the mat arrived with a "bend" line on one side, a couple of inches from one corner. I decided to use it anyway, but I would have otherwise given 5 stars.
