They are just not sturdy. I was nervous when transferring my cake that it would hold up. It did, but you shouldn’t have to question that. I would not recommend.

These are very good quality and very sturdy. I prefer coated boards because you can easily swipe away excess icing or crumbs with a damp paper towel and the coating prevents any mess from staining them. Your frosting always looks neat and perfect!
