It's nicely designed, a solidly constructed piece. I appreciate the inclusion of teflon tape, tightening wrench and extra washers. The swivel spout is a compromise though. While it ensures positioning the spout perfectly, it is a seam and leaks a little bit when water is running.It comes down to whether one wants a solid piece which would mean possibly overtightening (possible damage) or undertightening (leaking at wall stub out) in order for the spout to be perfectly vertical.So if one opts for this swivel spout with seam, you have to live with the possibility of water escaping the seam.

I looked for three of these Shower Head Elbow Adapters and Shower Arm Elbow in Home Depot and Lowe’s but I couldn’t find them. It’s always Amazon where I can find what I need.
