Get the most out of the angle plates
Accusize Angle Blocks are ideal for steps in the middle for angling apart. E.g.:
- Use them as angle blocks for milling
- Setup the machining angles at 60 deg., 45 deg., or 30 deg.
- Use them to verify right angles.
With Accusize Precision Angle Blocks, you can achieve
- Verify the right angles for milling machines, table saws, grinding machines, etc.
- Strike 60° angles, 45° angles, 30° angles, and right angles.
- Verify 60° angles, 45° angles, 30° angles, and 90° angles.
Example of Using Accusize 3610-9010 in setup for milling job
Initial Step
Clamp a workpiece with the milling chuck. Use any necessary setup tools if possible. Mill the workpiece as in the picture.
Use the 30-60-90 Angle Plate
- Place angle plate (maybe with other setup tools like a pair of precision parallels) on the milling vise, against the vise jaw. (b)
- Place the workpiece against the angle plate, rotating the workpiece until the face just machined is against the angle plate without any gap. (a)
- Clamp the workpiece with the vise jaws and put the angle plate aside.
- Mill the workpiece with the cutter at the same level as the first step. (c)
Final Shapes
Repeat steps 1, 2, 3, and 4 until the workpiece gets the right shape.
- Repeat 1 time, you get the shape on the left
- Repeat 5 times, you get the shape on the right
Complementary Angles Blocks
They are also the complementary angle blocks for Accusize 3602-0111 10 piece set precision angle blocks because the latter does not have the 45-degree block. Despite that you can combine multiple blocks of 3602-0111 to generate 45-deg angles, 1 piece of the angle block with 45-deg is more accurate.

You don’t send to your customer products like this. It’s lost a pin support for hinges, holes diameter not 11/32.

Product appears well made. The case was missing one of it's hinge pins entirely, so that sucks. Kind of concerns me about their general quality control too since that should be pretty noticeable. The plates themselves are pretty clean though. Nice that they come wrapped in protective oil paper.

These are a good value and accurate enough for most work. If you need precision or appreciate a well machined finish, look elsewhere. The 45 in my set is off by a degree on one side and half a degree on another...30/60 seems accurate, maybe a half degree on one. Holes are rough but serviceable. For the price, though, these will work for me. You can pay a touch less or a lot more for this same set from other sellers and end up with the same lottery. The case is decent enough and the latch tabs look like they should last.

I brought this set to work, to check the accuracy against the calibration standards (N.I.S.T. traceable), that I use at work. The set passed my inspection no problem. I would recommend this set to anyone intending to use them at home, or anywhere.
