I had the start of tennis elbow from playing pickleball. I would experience pain when I served and did overhand returns. With the brace I no like anger have that pain and the discomfort I felt after playing is significantly reduced.

I wanna be able to use it on my wrists, elbows, or legs and ankles, so it needs to be bigger in circumference.

This product is great, I do enjoy the air pocket that directs its pressure on to my muscle. It’s greatly supportive and durable. The product is easy to use without assistance. I would recommend this product.

Whilst suffering a severe case of tennis elbow, I have found this product very effective in helping relieve the discomfort throughout the day.

I have tendonitis (probably more accurately, tendinosis or chronic tendonitis), which has arisen out of office work (I probably work too much, at least relative to physical health). I've only noticed minimal help from this product **when used for office work**. (If this is not your intended use, refer to other reviews.) It seems either too loose to do anything, or tight enough that it restricts blood flow.On the upside, it seems to be well constructed and is fairly comfortable, so if such a brace is a help for you (or you doctor recommends it), this is a fine brand/model choice.It's much more helpful to adjust keyboard height (get a tray, then check that your wrists are at a neutral angle), and monitor positioning (get a larger monitor, and place it farther back; then leaning forward won't do much except hurt). The Thera-Band flexbar, on the other hand, does seem to have good effect; I suggest trying one of those first.
