Just set up today. arrived early. easy to set up. you can change settings for type of alarm and other settings. so far very impressed with the operation of it. louder than i thought. can hear the detectors alarms upstairs from the basement. Hub is pretty loud as well. all the volume levels are adjustable. very impressed so far.

Just received and set it up. I was able to set up on my network and added the sensors. Tested with a little water and sensors worked perfectly. Also push notification to my phone worked. I put one sensor next to the water heater and one next to the floor drain.

I was hoping the round hub would make a loud sounding siren/noise or any noise at all but nothing. It's plugged in the light is green, the 3 sensors work great. I just can't get the iPhone se 2.4 GHz to pair with the device. I don't much care about being notified on my iphone since it's in my pocket or pocket book when I'm out and away from home. It's when I am sleeping that I need to have the hub with a siren that this thing doesn't seem to have. I may not hear the sensors when sleeping and I know I won't hear the sensor behind a fireproof door outside on my balcony. My HVAC and water heater are both outside my home so the siren inside my home is what I needed along with the sensors loud enough to hear. Sorry but I have to return it is not pairing and not what I expected. I need a Company that can do both and without needing alexa.

I wish I had this product before we were away and had a leak as it would have saved us many dollars. In testing it worked perfectly and just hope I never hear or get an alert on my phone. The hard part was setting it up. My T-Mobile Wi-Fi automatically switched to the correct frequency so no problem there. However, trying to follow the manual at times just didn't work. The + button at times just didn't want to function. I kept at it and once I got one detector working the others were easy. It is getting the Gateway going first and then doing each detector. However, I would buy it again now that I know how to set it up.

The primary reason I bought these is for my rental properties so I can remotely be notified if there is a basement flood. The instructions and the info on the listing on Amazon claim wifi and app capabilities so I could be notified of a leak or low battery. This is absolutely false. There is no instructions about installing the app, and nothing about connecting it to wifi. I went to their website, downloaded an app they have for other products they sell and tried to manually add it when the bluetooth did not detect it. However as you can see the water leak sensor is not listed in the app among devices that can be connected to the app. Buyer Beware! Returning

Bought these mostly to place in my basement, My home was built in 1890 so the limestone foundation tends to leak after rain, even though we back plastered it a few years ago. I have boxes of Christmas decorations and other things down there that I don't want to get wet.The alarms were easy to connect to the Airia app but were incredibly loud on default, so I had to mute them during setup. The user manual was helpful in explaining all the different settings.This package comes with 3 detectors, which I didn't need, so I placed the third one upstairs in my garage by the ceiling. My reasoning here is that I have a security camera in my garage, so if that camera goes off during the night, I can use the loud SOS mode on the water leak detector to scare away intruders. I'm trying to set up some sort of automation so if the camera goes off it will trip the alarm automatically, but communicating between the 2 different apps (security camera and Airia) has been difficult so far, so I will have to do it manually. Hopefully, I never have to use it.
