Love this cushion! Use it on my computer chair, dining chair and living room chair/sofa. So easy to adjust that I take it the the clubhouse with me so I can seat more comfortably in the lecture and game table chairs.

I've bought alot of lumbar support pillows, and this is easily the best one I've ever owned.With foam, there's alot of issues with portability. The pillows might contour to a good shape, but they will always be annoyingly large and will force you to sit further forward. Not to mention that with office chairs, they will typically drop down behind the seat if you don't adjust it perfectly.With most inflatable ones, you need to highly inflate them in order to provide good support. If you don't inflate them alot, your body will sink in too far and you need to adjust them carefully, and most inflatable pillows will need to be broken in before they stop sagging after use for a few hours. There is also a high chance of leaking from a rapture.In contrast, the plastic inside this lumbar support is extremely thick, to the point that it can withstand alot of weight on it, and the envelope around it is fairly stiff. It provides really nice support. I work primarily in IT so I'm seated alot, and sometimes I'll correct my posture and the relief I feel when I lean back is wonderful.It takes a bit of getting used to, but I'm definitely going to invest in more, as it made my office chair my most comfortable one to sit in, and comfort isn't something you should skimp on.

Bought this cushion for my wife as a lumber back rest, the previous cheaper blow up cushion after 6 months did not retain the air pressure and we were forever blowing it up, this cushion being expensive I though it would be top quality, it is good quality and seems quite sturdy the tube to blow it up is well protected and seems easy to inflate, not as you have to inflate it a lot and it does support your back very well but time will tell as to what the quality is, it has a 3year warranty, but for the price and what it is used for I would expect it to last a lot longer than 3 years good product if you don't mind the price

I love my Back Vitalizer because it looks and fits great in my chair and has really relieved my lower back pain a lot. I often have a very stiff and painful back after a long day of working on my computer. Now with the Back Vitalizer, my back is relaxed with no pain. I also find it very helpful as a lumbar support in my car. It can be adjusted quickly to adapt to my back and my chair instead of the other way around. As a long-time lower back pain sufferer, I have tried many premium brand lumbar cushions and spent a lot of money (some of them costed over $100). None of them was able to help relieve my pain like the Back Vitalizer has done for me. It is by far the best I have ever tried. I truly wish my chiropractor recommended to me earlier. Another thing I like is that it is slim yet sturdy – it gives me just the right amount of support and doesn’t push me forward. My posture and back curvature are perfect with no pressure. Thank you! My back and my butt are very happy with your product.

I've been using this thing for most of the past 10 months and here are my thoughts on it.Pros: Since it's basically an inflatable pillow, it's easily customizable to the size you need. When it's inflated the right amount and all aligned properly it's pretty comfortable. And you really need much less air than the demonstration photos show. The elastic strap with long velcro adjustment makes it easy to attach to whatever chair it's going on, and it stays there. The materials it's made of have held up well through months of use.Cons: The inflatable insert has nothing to keep it oriented properly in the sleeve, and since the sleeve only has a tiny hole meant only to poke the valve through, it's very difficult to get the insert rotated back around. When the insert turns upside down, the large, hard valve will dig painfully into your back. Since there's only one strap attaching to the middle of the cushion instead of two attaching to the corners the cushion tends to want to fold over when moderately inflated (as is most likely for comfort) and that seems to exacerbate its tendency to roll the insert upside down. Finally, it's quite expensive for an inflatable pillow.Overall: It's a nice idea but needs further refinement. I currently spend a lot of time wrestling with it to get it comfortable. If I could give my past self some advice at the time of purchase, I'd recommend getting a small pillow and some kind of spandex wrap to attach it to the chair. That would be just as comfortable and much less hassle, I think.

I recently received this new version of the Back Vitalizer and it simply looks and feels amazing! I had purchased an older version of this product back in 2013 and it’s still in perfect shape. I’ve been using it every day at my home office ever since and it’s done miracle in relieving my back pain. I just wanted to get this a second item for my car but this newer version is just too luxurious for me to use it in my car only. I’ve therefore decided to put the older version in my car and use the newest one every day while sitting at my desk. The new Back Vitalizer is cleary a big improvement. Bravo!

Este cojín ("Back Vitalizer" de BodyRyzm) es maravilloso. Está bien hecho, es resistente y la válvula para inflar y desinflarlo es muy práctica. Yo lo uso porque tengo problemas en la zona del sacro-coxis, y me hace un buen servicio. Recomiendo este cojín, y es mejor que el modelo anterior de su misma marca.

Truly gives the support where you need it. No, it's not terribly pretty, but it's behind you when you sit, so who cares!My chiropractor sells this exact model - I know this because I took a pic of the information on the support pillow, came home, and ordered it. It took me about a year before I caved and finally did it, and I wish I had done it a long time ago. I'm considering ordering a second one for the car, so I can just leave it in there and not have to bring it around with me.The support zips up on one side, which gives you access to the inflatable pillow on the inside. The valve is a twist valve, which is very secure and does not leak. The pillow on the inside is a very thick and durable vinyl that will last a long time, unless you have animals with sharp claws, or puncture it with something.Don't inflate the pillow fully, leave it mushy, about a quarter to a third inflated. It is supposed to conform to the contours of your back. And oh, it feels great. It gives you the support exactly where you want it. For me, the lowest part of my back. For you, who knows? The elastic strap that secures it around a seat or chair has durable velcro to keep it in place, and it will hold tight. There's enough there to go around a comfy auto seat, but probably not a Lazy Boy recliner. In that case, just leave the pillow where you want it.
