You need more of the pigment than I was expecting, but still works really well. You will see it speckling in your icing if it sits in the bag overnight.

The pigmentation from these is okay but it takes A LOT of the product to get these colored somewhat decently. Even when you do, it's very hard to control what color you end up with. I needed a kelly green for St Patrick's Day and green alone didn't get close so I mixed in some blue and yellow and it was darker but not the color I wanted. I tried mixing yellow and red to get orange and ended up with a puke brown.The worst part of this product is the packaging. Opened the yellow first and sprayed powder on the counter because of how they're filled. You can see in the photo what they look when they are very, very, very carefully opened and how Obviously easy it is to lose a ton of powder.
