I bought the 31.6 to 33.9mm adapter to use with a 31.8mm seatpost. As you might expect, it didn't work due to tight/accurate tolerances. I spent about 30 minutes with a Dremel and a 80grit flap wheel removing material until it fit. (.2mm is bigger than you think!) Problem solved.

At first I thought this thing was made out of plastic, but it's made out of some type of metal or aluminum, or some kind of poly something or other.It's solid, and does the trick. I bought this to use with a Kinect suspension seat post. And it worked like a charm on my ebike.Use some graphite to keep your post from sliding down into the tube. And you should be fine.

This makes the fit VERY tight. I had to use grease to get the seatpost to fit. But, overall, thats probably a good thing.

I needed a 30.9mm to 34.9mm sleeve for my Specialized Como 3 bike. The most appropriate shock absorbing post was not available in the 34.9mm native size so I needed an adaptor and chose this one based on the reviews and pricing. The sleeve is an anodized precision, machined aluminum unit that has a slit along the entire length. There is a retaining ring on the top of the sleeve and the surface has a scored surface that helps retain a grip around the inside and outside of the sleeve. I found that a light coating of lithium grease on the outside of both the sleeve and the shock post allowed the sleeve and post to be more easily inserted into the bike frame. This is a very high quality adaptor and was better than I expected. It works well and is precision made.
