It looks like a nice unit. However; it came without a charging cord. So I am not able to charge it. I have tried to call and email the company. The number to call doesn't work and the email will not send.

Great unit but it absolutely needs to make it more clear on the top of the store page that it does not include the battery to operate it. You must purchase that separately for $25. Then that battery doesn’t come with the charging cable/system which needs to be purchased for another $15. This is a $100 feeder that works well but you need to do the homework to buy the right battery and charger as well as consider solar power for uninterrupted and low maintenance use.Just include it all for $100 and save a lot of consumer time and effort as well as reducing frustration. Otherwise it’s a great product.
