After two year the heat levels stop working it’s high no matter you adjust it. Beside that I really like it. Easy to keep clean, eases installation.

This perfectly fits the hole in my counter top where the old Kitchenaid cooktop used to be. It is easy to clean and looks nice.

When installing there were loose parts, after connecting we heard a POPWires were kinked under electric controls.Sending back….would like a replacement

I bought this stovetop in 2022 and the middle burner went out.My warranty had run out a week prior.Mia at thermomate processed a replacement even though my warranty had expired.She even shipped a new stovetop free of postage.This company was great to do business with.I'm so relieved that they shipped my new stovetop right before Christmas.

Side knobs make full control of heat settings. The knobs lack an easily seen marking.

Bravo! This Electric Cooktop, thermomate 21 Inch Built-in Radiant Electric Stove Top is simply amazing. I mean like 10 Stars more amazing. Excitement for the stove top comes initially just from the sheer beauty. The ceramic black is quite stunning when installed and I really admire the two burner layout as it looks super cool both went fully and used in heat it up and we're not in use. It really adds a little extra sparkle to my kitchen and I'm frankly in love with it.Both burners heat up extremely quickly and make cooking all that enjoyable. It's also one of the easiest stovetops I've ever owned to both install and cleaner when done using. The quality is superb and looks to be built to last a long time. An easy five star review for me and I highly recommend it. You'll love yours as much as I love mine.

Here it is March 27th and I still have no stove! Stove broke in Jan. Replacement recieved end of Feb but it arrived broken. The company still has not sent a replacement and keeps giving me the runaround. Absolutely do not deal with this company thermomate!UpdateDo not purchase this item! Easy broke, spent over a month trying to get something done with the warranty. Finally they sent a new top and it arrived broken in the box! I highly recommend not going with this company!I'm old fashioned and preferred my old stove with coils but it was no longer an option for me. This is a nice size stove and heats up quickly. I used it first for Thanksgiving and I was pleased. I was able to use my cookware of all different types and sizes, including my huge cast iron skillet. I had all five burners going at once and had plenty of room. It does cook differently than a coil but it's just a matter of getting use to it. Food boiled over first day and got stuck to the top. I bought the cleaner for this ceramic glass top and it took it right off. This is a decent stove top specially for the price.
