Install it on a 1988 F350 Centurion 7.5 crew cab about a week ago. The product works and fits. However, be prepared to buy the passenger one at least in my case. My original motor in the passenger window started to click multiple times, and I developed a short and the motor started clicking. I changed the fuse but that didn't work. I then noticed that the motor stop pushing the window up on the passenger side.

Window regulators are always a PITA to replace. This one was no different but it was no fault of the part; just a design flaw. If you have child size hands and arms its no big deal. The new part fit great and works great. Took about an hour to change it but a lot of that is removing the door panel and getting it back on.

90 f-250, perfect fit, works great. But man couldn't they have supplied the bolts? took me some time digging for 4 short bolts, nuts, lockwashers that fit. (in my case- had factory rivets) Also wires were correct, up is up, down is down.

I would give it 5 stars except for 2 minor things:1. You have to reverse the 2 wires in the plug. However, it is easy to take a small flat blade screwdriver and carefully pop them out and put them back in the correct order.2. You have to drill out the original pop rivets (thanks, Ford) and put the new regulator in with 4 bolts, washers, and nuts. These do not come with the regulator, and they should. I had some available in my shop, but I otherwise would have been making a trip to the hardware store.Drilling out the old rivets was the most time consuming part of the replacement. The whole process took about 30 minutes - from taking the door panel off, drilling out the old rivets, removing the old regulator, finding replacement bolts, etc., apply extra lithium grease to new regulator mechanism, bolting in the new regulator, swapping the wires around, plugging it in, testing it, and putting the door panel back on. Fairly easy and straight forward.

definitely not a stock replacement. Too late to return it.

Easy to swap out.Only problem is the plug on the motor is backwards. So you have to pop the plug open and switch the two wires.

YOU WILL HAVE TO DRILL OUT THE RIVETS {NOT A BIG DEAL} AND REINSTALL THEM . THE MOTOR IS WIRED BACKWARDS , SO CUT THE WIRES AND BUT SPLICE THEM BEFORE YOU INSTALL IT WILL SAVE SOME TIME. oVER ALL ABOUT HALF THE WEIGHT AND SO FAR WORKS GREAT.
