Put some electrical tap on the window to hold it up, removed the old broken regulator mounted my motor on the new regulator put it back in removed the tap and done. It took less the 30 minutes to do the complete job. The price was very resealable.

Item shipped fast and was packaged well. The item fit perfectly. Looked on YouTube on how to install. Was simple and works as good as any OEM GM part at a fraction of the price. My motor was still functional so that was that only I took off the broken regulator and installed on this new replacement. Pretty simple to do as well. I would highly recommend this product.Do yourself a favor and buy this and install it yourself. Will save you tons of money on what the shops charge for labor.Tools I used were a Phillips screwdriver and sockets in sizes 8mm for the motor (3 screws)and 10mm for the regulator (2 screws and 2 nuts) and door panel (1 screw).
