Appears to be a very good product, however, I didn't realize it didn't have what I would call a 'very fine' grate to use for finely grated parmesan cheese. My mistake, I should have noticed from the photos.

I bought this grater for mostly grating cheese and I found this to be a good product for an inexpensive purchase. I love that you can easily switch blades and it attaches to the counter very sturdy. It’s easy to clean as well. If you have a huge job for everyday things, you might want to go bigger but it’s great for cheese and other veggies that you may need to cut up a couple times a week.

Arrived yesterday and tried it out today and it works great. We shredded cheese this morning and it worked great. Easy to put together and change the blades. My wife had no problem turning the handle. Very easy clean up. I highly recommend this product.

Nice shredder. Sturdy and locks secure. Softer cheese tends to not shred as well. A great value for the shredder. Lots of usable attachments.
