I must have received a defective machine! The instructions are incomplete. It's loud and the piece inside that attachs the blade is almost impossible to remove. I'm sending it back because I can't even take it apart to clean it! My experience with this product is a disappointment.

Really like it. Just like it says, compact and doesn't take up much space. Really well made as expected. Not heavy and not noisy. Blends really well. Easy to assemble and easy to clean. There are a few different blades for chopping, grating, etc. and a spout to spit food into the bowl, which is much easier and faster than opening the lid, removing the bowl and dumping all the food out! Grate, chop, blend, etc. really well and fast! Stores away easily. What more could you ask for?

So far so good, easy to clean, good choice of grating blade, haven't tried it with root vegetables yet but works great for parmesan.

Output chute is near flush with base so some food misses the catch bowl. Motor is weak and frequently stops and starts. Power button is right where catch bowl goes so you have to press it and then get things into position to start. Otherwise it works pretty well and is easy to assemble/disassemble/clean.

Our old salad shooter stopped working so I ordered this one. Not only do I like it better, buts it's so easy to use and clean. I also like the colors they come in.

This electric vegetable cutter really makes my work in the kitchen much easier. Every time I make salads or prepare vegetables, I just need to put the ingredients into the machine, press the switch, and it will cut into uniform slices in a few seconds. The speed is very fast, saving the trouble of manual cutting. It is strong and durable, and it is also very easy to clean. The design is very reasonable, especially during family gatherings, making salads and cutting ingredients quickly, saving time and effort.
